Kabira keeps class strength to a maximum of around 20 children, so the structure of a classroom itself supports individual attention rather than working against it.
A class teacher, plus dedicated support.
Each class has a teacher who leads learning, with dedicated classroom support through LKG — so day-to-day comfort and routine are looked after while the teacher focuses on teaching.
Individuals, not just a class list.
Teachers are encouraged to notice strengths, confidence, communication and areas needing a little more encouragement, for every child by name.
